Zutaten

  • 200g shortcrust pastry
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 100g cherry jam
  • 50g flaked almonds

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a tartlet tin.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the ground almonds, eggs, and almond extract. Mix well.
  5. Spread cherry jam into each pastry case.
  6. Pour the almond mixture on top of the jam.
  7. Sprinkle flaked almonds on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
