- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and cream cheese.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Spread half the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Layer the cherry pie filling over the batter.
- Dollop the remaining batter on top of the cherries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
