A creamy chicken alfredo served with garlic bread.
Zutaten

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Anweisungen
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and slice it.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- For garlic bread, slice French bread, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, and parsley. Bake at 375°F until golden.
- Serve chicken alfredo with garlic bread on the side.
