Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna, combining creamy Alfredo sauce with tender chicken and cheesy goodness.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, add filling, and roll it up.
- Place the rolled noodles in the baking dish seam side down.
- Cover with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- You can add spinach or other vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
