A hearty chicken and dumplings dish made in a crockpot.
Zutaten
Skala
- 2 pounds of chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
Anweisungen
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
- Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and spices.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and drop into the mixture.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until dumplings are cooked.
