- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots, sliced

- 2 cups flour

- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
Anweisungen
- In a large pot, combine chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, thyme, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and melted butter to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the simmering chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
