Zutaten

  • 2 cups cooked chow mein noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add bean sprouts and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Toss in the cooked chow mein noodles and mix thoroughly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the sauce thickness by adding more or less cornstarch.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
