  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Place the fried chicken on a baking sheet.
  8. Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  10. Serve on sandwich rolls.
