- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until tender.
- Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and milk. Stir until thickened.
- Mix in shredded chicken and peas.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with biscuit dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden.
