- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper and onion; sauté until soft.
- Mix in the shredded chicken and taco seasoning.
- Lay two tortillas on a sheet pan.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover with the remaining tortillas.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
