Zutaten

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Anweisungen

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat and transfer beef to crockpot.
  3. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
