Zutaten

  • Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Fruit (like mango or banana) – 1 cup, diced

Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add red bean paste to one and coconut milk to the other.
  3. Grease a steaming tray and pour the red bean mixture into it.
  4. Steam for 20 minutes.
  5. Pour the coconut milk mixture on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Steam for another 20 minutes.
  7. Let it cool, then cut into pieces.
  8. Serve with diced fruit on the side.
