Zutaten
Skala
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cup of carrots, diced
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add peas and carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked rice and soy sauce.
- Add green onions, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
