Zutaten
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
Anweisungen
- Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Steam the mixture for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly, then knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of red bean paste in the center.
- Seal the dough around the filling and shape into a ball.
- Roll the balls in sesame seeds.
- Steam the filled balls for another 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
