Zutaten
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups

- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
- Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
Anweisungen
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Gradually add water and coconut milk, mixing until smooth.
- Pour half the mixture into a greased steaming tray.
- Add a layer of red bean paste on top.
- Cover with the remaining rice mixture.
- Steam for 30 minutes until set.
- Let it cool and cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
