- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 cup ground pork
- 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
Anweisungen
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and oil. Knead until smooth.
- Let dough rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix pork, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and mushrooms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal each dumpling.
- Steam dumplings for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with soy sauce.
