Zutaten
- Whole chicken – 1
- Rice – 2 cups
- Vegetables (bok choy, carrots) – 2 cups
- Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- Ginger – 1 tablespoon

- Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons

Anweisungen
- Prepare the chicken by cleaning and patting dry.
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil for at least 2 hours.
