Zutaten
- Rice noodles – 200g
- Chicken breast – 300g
- Bell pepper – 1, sliced
- Carrots – 1, julienned
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger – 1 inch, minced
- Green onions – 2, chopped
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Anweisungen
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 20 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add bell pepper and carrots, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Drain noodles and add to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
