Anweisungen
- Mix flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a round wrapper.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes until cooked through.

- You can freeze uncooked dumplings for later use.
