Zutaten
Skala
- 1 kg of glutinous rice
- 500 g of pork
- 300 g of shrimp
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of carrots
- 50 g of green onions
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
Anweisungen
- Soak glutinous rice overnight in water.
- Prepare the filling by chopping pork, shrimp, mushrooms, carrots, and green onions.
- Stir-fry the filling ingredients in a pan until cooked.
- Drain the soaked rice and mix it with soy sauce and salt.
- Wrap the filling in the rice and shape into balls.
- Steam the rice balls for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot during the celebration.
