Anweisungen

  1. Soak glutinous rice overnight in water.
  2. Prepare the filling by chopping pork, shrimp, mushrooms, carrots, and green onions.
  3. Stir-fry the filling ingredients in a pan until cooked.
  4. Drain the soaked rice and mix it with soy sauce and salt.
  5. Wrap the filling in the rice and shape into balls.
  6. Steam the rice balls for 30 minutes.
