Zutaten

  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup red bean paste
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Anweisungen

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add water and coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a greased steaming tray.
  4. Spread red bean paste over the first layer.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture over the red bean paste.
  6. Steam for 30 minutes until set.
  7. Let cool, then slice and serve.
