Zutaten

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup red bean paste
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Anweisungen
- Mix rice flour, water, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add vegetable oil and stir until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into small portions.
- Fill each portion with red bean paste.
- Shape into balls and roll in sesame seeds.
- Steam the balls for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
