Zutaten
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
- Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Dried fruits – 1/2 cup
- Food coloring – as desired
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour and sugar.
- Add coconut milk and mix until smooth.
- Split the mixture into portions to add food coloring.
- Steam each colored mixture for 20 minutes.
- Let cool and layer with red bean paste.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and peanuts on top.
- Cut into squares and serve.
