  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine semolina flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and ground almonds.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
