- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
- Coat shrimp with the spice mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
