- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Anweisungen
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Crumble the tofu into the pan.
- Add chipotle peppers, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in vegetable broth, stir well, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot in tacos or burritos.
