  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Anweisungen

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Crumble the tofu into the pan.
  5. Add chipotle peppers, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
