  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture. Stir well.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Mix cocoa powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread on the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and milk for frosting. Drizzle over warm rolls.
