Delicious chocolate hazelnut thumbprint cookies filled with chocolate ganache.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup hazelnut flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate ganache for filling
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indention in the center of each ball using your thumb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly before filling with chocolate ganache.
