A rich and moist chocolate peanut butter bundt cake.
Zutaten

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan.
- Spoon the peanut butter into the center and cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For added flavor, drizzle with chocolate ganache.
