  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
  5. Stir in boiling water until well combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan.
  7. Spoon the peanut butter into the center and cover with remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
