- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g butter
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Anweisungen
- Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
- Add the butter and stir until smooth.
- Let the mixture cool at room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out the chocolate mixture.
- Roll the scoops into balls and dust with cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
