Zutaten

Skala
  • 5 lbs Pale Malt
  • 1 lb Crystal Malt
  • 0.5 lb Munich Malt
  • 1 oz Northern Brewer Hops
  • 1 oz Saaz Hops
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 lb Brown Sugar
  • 1 packet of Ale Yeast

Anweisungen

  1. Heat 3 gallons of water to 160°F.
  2. Add the crushed grains and steep for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove grains and bring the liquid to a boil.
  4. Add Northern Brewer hops and boil for 60 minutes.
  5. Add Saaz hops and boil for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Mix in brown sugar and coriander.
  7. Cool the wort to room temperature.
  8. Transfer to a fermenter and add yeast.
  9. Seal the fermenter and let it ferment for two weeks.
  10. Bottle the beer and let it carbonate for another two weeks.
