Delicious homemade Christmas chocolates.
Zutaten
Skala
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 50g chopped nuts
- 50g dried fruit
Anweisungen
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
- Add chopped nuts and dried fruit to the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into chocolate molds.
- Melt milk chocolate and drizzle over the top.
- Chill in the fridge until set.
- Once set, remove from molds.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the chocolates for decoration.
Notes
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- You can use any nuts or dried fruit you prefer.
- Make sure the chocolate is tempered for a glossy finish.
