  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and rinsing it.
  3. Mix stuffing, chicken broth, and melted butter.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  6. Roast the turkey for 3 to 4 hours, basting every hour.
  7. During the last hour, uncover the turkey to allow browning.
  8. Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender, then mash with milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  9. Steam green beans until bright and tender.
  10. Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
