- 3 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Add cranberries and pecans to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the mixture.
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
