A festive focaccia bread decorated for Christmas.
Zutaten

- 500g bread flour
- 350ml warm water
- 2 tsp salt
- 7g instant yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olives
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix bread flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Punch down the dough and spread it on a baking tray.
- Create dimples in the dough with your fingers.
- Decorate with rosemary, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
