Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Shape the dough on a baking sheet and create dimples with your fingers.
  7. Top with cherry tomatoes, rosemary, olives, and bell pepper.
  8. Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
