- 2 cups warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh rosemary
- Olives
- Red bell pepper
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Shape the dough on a baking sheet and create dimples with your fingers.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, rosemary, olives, and bell pepper.
- Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
