- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
