  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Spread the batter onto the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
  8. Invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
  9. Spread whipped cream over the cake.
  10. Roll the cake tightly using the towel.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  12. Unroll the cake, remove the towel, and roll it again for serving.
  13. Decorate with sprinkles before slicing.
