Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Add cranberries and walnuts, and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
