- 500g strong bread flour
- 300ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 50g dried cranberries
- 50g chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Anweisungen
- Mix flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
- Add salt, cranberries, walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let it rise in a warm place for 4 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Score the top of the bread and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
