Zutaten

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate ganache
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Once baked, invert onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Roll the cake with the towel and let it cool.
- Unroll, spread with chocolate ganache, and re-roll.
- Frost the outside with more ganache.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Chill the ganache before spreading for easier application.
