  • 2 cups chocolate ganache
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Once baked, invert onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
  9. Roll the cake with the towel and let it cool.
  10. Unroll, spread with chocolate ganache, and re-roll.
  11. Frost the outside with more ganache.
  12. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
