- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumble)
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour and mix until just incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour for the crumble.
- Pour half of the banana bread batter into a loaf pan.
- Add half of the crumble mixture on top, then pour the remaining batter.
- Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
