These cinnamon roll muffins combine the flavors of classic cinnamon rolls with the convenience of muffins.
Zutaten

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze
- 1–2 tablespoons milk for glaze
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and eggs.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, sprinkle cinnamon mixture, and top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, then mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over muffins before serving.
