Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread melted butter on the dough.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the butter.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
