Homemade cinnamon rolls are soft, fluffy, and filled with sweet cinnamon sugar.
Zutaten

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for better results.
- Check the rolls halfway through baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
