- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Mix in sugar and butter until creamy.
- Add milk, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
- Fold in nuts.
- Pour batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
