A delicious version of Chili’s famous southwest egg rolls.
Zutaten

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn, drained
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 8 large flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
Anweisungen
- Mix chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green onions, cheese, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Place a few tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
