Zutaten

  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • Oil for frying

Anweisungen

  1. Mix chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green onions, cheese, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Place a few tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
