- 1 egg

- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, and green onions.
- Layer the potato mixture over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until meatloaf is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
