Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and celery, cooking until soft.
- Add cranberries and apples to the skillet, stirring for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed mixture, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
