A simple and flavorful cranberry chutney recipe perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and apple cider vinegar.
- Add onions, cranberries, raisins, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Store in a jar and refrigerate until serving.
